How to– Lie down on your stomach with your feet joined straight on the floor and put your hands adjacent to your chest. Now inhale and raise your torso upwards with your face looking at the ceiling. Stay in this position for a few seconds and slowly come down to your original position. Repeat this 10-15 times.
Dwikonasana or Double Angle Pose
It’s quite an effective pose for enhancing breast size naturally at home. Although a bit complicated and tough, with practice, you can do it correctly.
How to– Stand with your feet apart and your arms behind your back with your fingers interlocked. Now bend down while your arms stretching upwards. Stretch, now bring down your arms and come back to original position. Like this.

How to – Sit on your knees slightly apart. Now bend backward and arch your back with your face upside down. Your arm should touch your feet for support. Stay in this position for a few seconds and return to original position. Repeat this pose 10 times.
Gomukhasana or Cow pose
Popularly known as cow pose, this posture act on the upper part of the body. This pose has been found effective for breast enlargement. Start this pose by sitting in lotus pose. Lift your arms parallel to shoulder. Twist the left arm backward and try to touch the right arm. Repeat the pose similarly at opposite side.
Vrikshasana or tree pose is a posture that epitomizes the benefits of yoga in terms of balance. Though looks quite simple, it is very not easy to achieve the kind of stability and balance required to carry out this pose. Stand straight on the floor, lift you left leg and place it on the thigh of right leg. Now inhale and raise your hands in praying pose above the head. Stay here for few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in the same way on the opposite side.
