Mango: Mangoes are juicy stone fruit from numerous species of tropical trees belonging to the flowering plant genus Mangifera, cultivated mostly for their edible fruit. The majority of these species are found in nature as wild mangoes.
Orange: It is the fruit of the citrus species Citrus × Sinensis in the family Rutaceae. It is also called sweet orange, to distinguish it from the related Citrus × Aurantium, referred to as bitter orange.
Here is the recipe of Mango – Orange Smoothie
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 tbsp Sabja
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 ice Cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Process until Smooth
It is so cool and refreshing. The orange gives it added vitamin C.
