Watermelon: Citrullus lanatus is a plant species in the family Cucurbitaceae, a vine-like flowering plant originally from sub-Saharan Africa. It is cultivated for its fruit.
Ginger: Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or simply ginger, is widely used as a spice or a folk medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual stems about a meter tall bearing narrow green leaves and yellow flowers. Ginger is a common ingredient in Asian and Indian cuisine. However, ginger has been used for its medicinal properties for centuries.
- 2 cup watermelon
- 1 cup guava
- 1/2 banana peeled
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Process until smooth
