Ayurvedic and health experts suggest a diet plan that can reduce weight by up to 3 kg in 4 days. The best thing about it is that you do not have to skip your meal. In this diet plan, you will have to eat most of the household food. Let’s know about this plan. In this diet plan, the metabolism rate is increased from early morning so that weight loss can be done quickly. Here is the diet plan:

Morning Drink

You have to take a toothpick for this. Dunk it in the sandalwood oil, then dip that toothpick in 50ml water and drink that water. The water should be lukewarm. If some medicine is prescribed which you have to take empty stomach, then first take medicines then drink this water.

Fenugreek: Now you have to eat approx 1 gram fenugreek seeds. Keep it soaked in the night. Chewed in the morning by removing water. You have to eat soaked Fenugreek before every meal, so if you want, you can soak fenugreek for every meal together.

Breakfast

Fruits: After this, you will have to eat fruits. If your upper body is heavy or has the same fat on the whole body, then you will have to eat 100 gram of sweet fruits like mango, banana, grapes. If the lower part is heavy, than you will have to eat pineapple and raw coconut.

Salad: Now you have to eat 100 to 150 grams of salad. In it, you can eat any green salad. Remove the seeds from the cucumber. After 15 minutes of eating salad, you have to drink water after that eat 1 spoon of soaked fenugreek.

Two bread (chapati) and vegetable: Now after 15 minutes you have to take two chapati or bread. These breads should be made of the mixture of wheat flour and Bran flour. You have to keep the quantity of both equal. In the vegetable, you can eat any vegetable except potato, guar pods, and beans pods. Apply one and half teaspoons of ghee on the bread. After 15 minutes of eating the bread, you can drink green tea.

Before Lunch

Before lunch, you have to eat 100 grams of fruit again. In it, you can take watermelon, melon, papaya or pomegranate. After 15 minutes you have to eat 100 grams of salad. After 10 minutes, you will have to eat 1 spoon of soaked fenugreek.

Lunch

In the lunch, you have to eat thick bread (Chapati) and with this eat any cooked vegetable expect potato.

Before Dinner

In it, you can take tea with puffed rice. You can also eat 50 grams of peanuts and 20 grams of walnuts. Do not add sugar in tea. After this, again you have to eat a spoon of soaked fenugreek.

Dinner

In the dinner, you have to eat cooked whole lentils. Lentils should be boiled and roasted. If you do not want to eat dal for 4 days because of same taste then you can eat 75 grams tofu or paneer. Fry it in a little oil, add salt, chilies and eat it. You can also add capsicum in that. Avoid Lemon juice to add. After that you can drink green tea.
