Cucumber: It is a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family, Cucurbitaceae. It is a creeping vine that bears cucumiform fruits that are used as vegetables. There are three main varieties of cucumber: slicing, pickling, and seedless
Lemon: The lemon, Citrus limon Osbeck, is a species of small evergreen tree in the flowering plant family Rutaceae, native to Asia.
Mint: It also known as Mentha, is actually a genus or group of around 15-20 plant species, including peppermint and spearmint. Mint oil is often used in toothpaste, gum, candy and beauty products while the leaves are used either fresh or dried for teas and food.
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1 tsp Mint leaves
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Mix all the ingredients in the grinder
- Strain the juice by adding cold water
- Garnish with Mint leaves.
- Serve Chilled
Cucumber Lemon juice is packed full of vitamin K which makes it perfect for Bones and Teeth as well as Blood circulation.
