- 2 cups water
- 2 cups carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled
- ¾ cup ice cubes
- Mint leaves
- Blend all the ingredients together in the Juicer/ Blender
- Garnish it with Mint leaves
- Serve chilled
