Avocado: The avocado is a tree that is native to South Central Mexico, classified as a member of the flowering plant family Lauraceae. Avocado also refers to the tree’s fruit, which is botanically a large berry containing a single seed.
Lemon: The lemon, Citrus limon Osbeck, is a species of small evergreen tree in the flowering plant family Rutaceae, native to Asia.
Banana: The banana is an edible fruit – botanically a berry – produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains, in contrast to dessert bananas.
Ginger: Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or simply ginger, is widely used as a spice or a folk medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual stems about a meter tall bearing narrow green leaves and yellow flowers. The major producers of Ginger today are China and tropical or subtropical places in Asia, Brazil, Jamaica, and Nigeria.
- 1 cup Avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Ginger
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Banana Sliced
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- Blend all the ingredients in blender
- Process until smooth
- Garnish with Parsley leaves
- Serve Chilled
