Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend the ingredients in a blender
  • Strain the juice
  • Garnish with kiwi slice
