Melon: A melon is any of various plants of the family Cucurbitaceae with sweet edible, fleshy fruit. The word “melon” can refer to either the plant or specifically to the fruit. Botanically, a melon is a kind of berry, specifically a “pepo”

Cucumber – Lemon – Mint Juice and its benefits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly chopped lychees
  • 1 cup cubed muskmelon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in blender
  • Process until smooth
  • Serve chilled
  • Enjoy!
