Pineapple: The pineapple is a tropical plant with edible multiple fruits consisting of coalesced berries, also called pineapples, and the most economically significant plant in the Bromeliaceae family
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients in blender
- Process until smooth
- Serve chilled

Avocado is also known as an alligator pear or butter fruit, it is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals.
Pineapple is also a storehouse of huge health benefits due to its wealth of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, including potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta-carotene, thiamin, B6, and folate, as well as soluble and insoluble fiber, and bromelain.
Coconut milk has many health benefits as it is a rich source of potassium, manganese, magnesium, folate, calcium and selenium. One note too, while it is high in fat it is important to remember that the medium chain fatty acids of the saturated fat in coconut oil and coconut milk are very good for you!
