There are some home remedies to avoid these stretch marks.
Some home remedies to get rid of stretch marks
1. Potato juice
You can remove these marks by using potato juice, it is a good home remedy. For this, massage potato juice in the affected area and after dry, clean it with clean water. This will benefit you very soon because potatoes contain large amounts of vitamins and minerals, which directly affect the stretch marks and reduce it.
2. Lemon juice
Lemon is used in winter to remove various types of skin marks. You can also use it in the problem of stretch marks. To use lemon for these marks, cut fresh lemons and use the juice and apply it in the affected area, keep it for 10 minutes. After that wash it with lukewarm water.
Sugar is a very effective way to remove stretch marks. Mix almond oil and lemon juice in a spoonful of sugar for this. Then put it on marks. By doing this you will start seeing the effects very soon.
4. Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera gel is also beneficial for stretch marks along with health. It protects you against any type of skin disease. For this, make a paste by mixing 2 teaspoons of Vitamin E oil in a cup of Aloe vera gel and let it dry in the affected area. It will dry itself into the skin. Immediately after using it, you can feel its effects.
Water has natural properties to give moisture to the skin and nourish the skin, it maintains the brightness of the face and does not allow stretch marks. Drink water every half an hour. This will never let you in stretch marks.
6. Cocoa butter
Put cocoa butter on the starch marks of the body to reduce the stretch marks. Massage the cocoa butter twice a day in the place of the stretch marks. By doing so, you will see the difference yourself.
