In this article, I am going to share some Fitness Goal that if you follow in 12 months, will help you to stay away from Doctors.
Habit 1. Morning Walk – January month is to make a habit of Morning Walk of 1 KM for 15 Days if feel comfortable than increase by 2 KM than 3 KM
Benefit – Increase the Blood Circulation in Heart. Decreases the chances of Heart Diseases.
Habit 2: Reduce Sugar Intake – February month is to make a habit to reduce the intake of Sugar day by day.
Benefit – Helps you to control your Weight. Reduces the chances of the problem caused by Weight gain.
Habit 3: Reduce Salt Intake – March month is to make a habit to reduce the intake of Salt by half of the quantity you are consuming presently.
Benefit – Reduces the chances of High Blood Pressure.
Habit 4: Start intake of Milk and Curd – April month is to make a habit to the intake of Curd for at least once in a day. Also, start the intake a glass of milk before sleep.
Benefit – Milk and curd is a good source of Calcium. Helps for Stronger bones.
Habit 5: Start drinking water stored in the copper vessel – May month is to make a habit to drink water in the morning empty stomach which is stored overnight in the copper vessel.
Benefit – Helps you to control stomach related problems.
Habit 6: Start intake of Sprouts – June month is to make a habit to the intake of Sprouts of Green Gram (Mung), Chickpea (Chana), Mat Bean (Moth) or Black Gram (urad) for at least three days in a week.
Benefit – Is a good protein source. Helps for hair growth and reduce hair fall.
Habit 7: Spend 5-10 minutes daily in a Peacefull Environment – July month is to make a habit of spending at least 5-10 minutes daily in a Peacefull Environment.

Habit 10: Avoid Oily food and Go for Healthy Breakfast – October month is to make a habit to avoid oil-rich food and go for a healthy breakfast meal.

Habit 11: Add vegetable soup in diet chart – November month is to make a habit of adding vegetable soup in for regular diet. Be sure it is not a clear vegetable soup.

Habit 12: Avoid consuming alcohol, smoking and reduce intake of tea or coffee – December month is to make a habit to avoid consuming alcohol, smoking and reduce intake of tea or coffee. Better go for Green Tea.
